Rock Climbing

Talking about Rock climbing, it is an adventure activity in which the climbers climb up, down and across the natural rock formations or an artificially made rock walls. The climbers should climb up through the pre-defined route to the end point without falling. As the route is long, a climber needs proper endurance capacity to reach the top. Climbing in itself is an exhilarating and tiring task. Climbing is not just about climbing, it is about techniques of climbing which we can learn from the climbing instructor or from continuous practice.

Climbing is not as easy as it seems and sometimes it can be really dangerous so proper precautions is a must. Nepal being a Himalayan country has many rocky terrains which are suitable for rock climbing purpose. For climbing, you should get rid of a phobia i.e. phobia of heights. If you aren’t afraid of heights then climbing is all about practice and technique. You will built up the stamina as you work out day by day.
