Manaslu round trekking is a very popular trekking destination for camping autonomy and non- tourisstic trekking with its wild route along the beautiful Budigandaki River till Dharmasala base camp of Larkya pass. The original multi inhabitants of the region are: Gurung, Magar, Tamang, Dalit, Bramin and Tibetan.

Manaslu Region is one of the most sensational treks in the Himalaya. The Trek around Manaslu touches unspoiled regions since it was off limits until recently. Now the area offers a good mix of cultural range and fabulous mountain View. This extended trek, circling the Manaslu range was opened to trekking in 1992 along with Mustang. Going north, up the river valley of the Budi Gandaki and then behind Mt. Himalchuli (7893 m.), Peak 29 (7839 m.) and Mt. Manaslu (8118 m.) to cross the Larkya La Pass at 5213 m., this Charming trek analyze areas and the way of life unchanged for decades and maybe, even 100 years. Region with a panoramic mountain glance of the Ganesh and Manaslu Himal ranges and insights into the cultures of a cross-section of typical Nepalese tribes and people. The passes through the villages of Khani Gaon, Setibas, Nyak, Namru and Samagaon to cross the Larkya La (5213 m.) and then joins the river valley of the Dudh Khola. That’s all now from here, the trail heads south to the Dudh Khola's confluence with the Marsyangdi River at the village of Thonje and extend through the villages of Chamje and Nayagaon to Besisahar where you end your trek. This is a trek that add much more than mountains.

The main Exploration here is around Manaslu, touching north of the Himalayas and exploring the great Manaslu-Himalchuli-Baudha is massif. Since Manaslu is a memorable area for trekkers and was only officially opened from 1991 onwards for trekking, it requires special permits. Three-week entire treks will give you an exciting, adventurous and once in a lifetime experience. Spring and Autumn will be the terrific period to trek in this region.
